Sometimes a reception can make or break a wedding.
Here are a few tips for having a great reception.
1. Make sure to plan your entrance into your reception. The crowd will feed off your energy so be creative and have fun.
2.Besides from having a live band, you want some type of live entertainment. Whether it be a live painter, a photo booth, a second line, or even fireworks.
3. In my opinion a live band makes a wedding, but either way (DJ or Band) make sure they have the energy to interact with your guest to make a fun experience.

4. You don’t have to do what everyone else does. Do what makes you feel good, have karaoke, play games, serve your favorite food (even if its pizza, and trust me, you want the Pizza)
5. Always remember to keep track of when your photographer and videographer need to leave, you want to make sure all the moments happen before their coverage time is up.
When in doubt…remember your wedding day should be filled with love and laughter no matter how big or how small your reception is. Your guest are their to celebrate you!
